The Chaat Stall Behind Aminabad That Only Opens After 7 PM

No signboard, no seating, and a queue that starts before the oil is even hot.

Ask ten people in Aminabad where to get the best tikki chaat after dark and at least six will send you down the same unmarked lane behind the old cloth market.

The stall sets up around 7, and is usually sold out by 10.

There's no name on the cart. Regulars just call it 'us gali wale bhaiya ka thela' — the stall in that lane. The tikki is double-fried, the chutney is sharper than most, and nobody seems to mind the wait.

Go hungry, go early-ish if you hate queues, and carry cash — there's no QR code here, and everyone seems fine with that.
